I received a one-time service for a termite problem at my home - Charged over $700 for the one-time service. I did NOT sign nor even verbally agree to a monthly contract + to my surprise of course I receive a bill stating otherwise. I have been reaching out the company multiple times via phone + chat yet NO ONE seems to respond. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can't even receive a simple response. And how do you charge for a contract I did not agree or sign for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - They are a fraud charging you for something you did not agree to.

Pissed off..Money don't grow on trees. I been using Viking Pest Control for two years and have not solved my bed bug problem.

What they are charging for three chemical treatments I could have purchased something from Lowe's or Home Depot. They started treatment in July 2018 thinking that would do but no I continue to see live bed bugs. I called to let them know I'm still seeing them so I pay another $1000.00. Whenever I see one I collect it with packing tape to show proof.

If these bug aren't feeding off me then who or what? So I ask about the attic could there be bats and could they be feeding of them? The techs that they send out "sucks" because they don't have a clue.

I'm lost out of $2000.00 and still have bed bugs worst then before 2018....HELP!! WHAT DO I DO; CALL A LAWYER!

I really really regret not doing a better job researching this. I signed up in July for a one time carpenter ant treatment and a yearly service. The tech said he would be back in 2 weeks to a month to check the glue traps he set up inside. That never happened and when I called them in September to question it, the customer service person was very rude and said I could have called them. I advised her I am paying for a service and shouldn't have to make sure you do the job I'm paying you for. I also noticed the outisde traps haven't been touched and am pretty certain no one has monitored them. I have cancelled the service because at this point the 30% fee (which again...my fault for not reading the fine print and god forbid the sales guy point that out) is cheaper than paying the balance of my agreement. I'm out about $480 and am more mad at myself for being suckered.

I enroll for a pest control service, they did not explain me about the terms and condition, nighter they handover any hard or soft copay. after 2 days they came and spray some chemical around my house. After 2 weeks i feel that its not worth of paying $55/month, i called them to cancel the service. Here is the catch they said i have to pay $200 to cancel the service , i asked them why they said i signed the documents , which i am not aware of. Anyway guys i strongly recommend that do not hire this company. They are the money stealer, they ll not do any thing.

They havent showed up in 6 months and have been charging us for treatment. The last time they charged us a arm and leg for setting traps. The person who showed up left *** in the ceiling. No one from the company has returned calls. I had already paid upfront for year of service and now the year is over ..I am inundated with calls for this years service. Stay away from them .

We have used Viking fort many years . Recently the local office switched to a call center, Today the service was to be done and the gentleman showed up. But left before talking with me (9 The owner ) I tried to call the office and got Martha at the call center. No Manager available only could leave Him(?) an email to call me. I asked for a number for their headquarters and was told nothing available. When the local office was open we could correct issues with a minimum of bother. Now no follow up. Billing is always wrong and again no one who answers can correct Totally unacceptable I will probably cancel and switch to a company that has available contacts in case of issues. Viking is terrible....

Mice problem

I signed up for the yearly service and have had an exterminator come out 3 times and they cant catch one mouse. They use traps you can buy yourself at the dollar store..nothing magical about this company dont be fooled.

They are the most horrible company you could have service your home. They do not stand for what they preach. When you have an issue, they ignore you and invite you to cancel your services. I was their client for 7 years and when terminates were found they made all kind of excuses not to treat the area. $65 a month for 7 year = $5,460 in the garbage. Now I am left to fix the damage and pay for treatment for the termites. There is no benefit in having service your home or business if they do not support you when you have issues.

Viking requested that I empty my cabinets in advance and then did not show up for a twice confirmed appointed time. ( they called me to confirm ) Then they proceeded to call me at the last minute of the time given to say they were in a meeting. (time was between 8am and 10am) They had promised that I would be their first stop since I had a doctors appointment for that day. We made another appointment for tomorrow but I now have to cancel other plans and live with the mess of the contents of my pantry all over my kitchen. They will have to go a long way to justify their lack of professionalism.

I am baffled at the ineffective serviced we received. I called two weeks after to cancel my membership and guess what? I receive a bill! I call to find out why and they claim I didn't cancel it. The staff there is incompetent. The representative was basically arguing with me and mocking. She transferred me to her boss (a gentleman) who literally screamed at me and hung up. I got 6 mice on my very own with my own traps that I purchased at Home Depot. Why in the world would I pay for Viking services when 1 - they didn't work 2 - the mice didn't go anywhere near their baits 3 - they clearly don't do their job - especially since I called to cancel and clearly no one did what I requested. My suggestion to you is, go with a company that values their customers and aims to have the best customer service and not an owner who screams at clients. Also, just do the job yourself and save yourself the money and headache. Viking Pest Control are crooks.

These people are crooks. My father is an elderly man, he gave them a check, they signed him up for a $40 per month contract to come 3 times a year. Since they've came we've had more spiders than ever. I've called to complain but they send someone to the house to put some boxes that will supposedly remove the spiders and that's it. The people on the phone are unprofessional and i've been hung up on when i insisted on speaking to someone in charge. Beware of their Scam. This company should be shut down. They are thieves. They even make it difficult to leave a review. Their reviews are false.
